Bed and Breakfast in Stafford

"Private room was very mouldy and paint peeling off the walls. The bathroom window didn't open so the mould smell stank out the room. All the power outlets in the room would often spark and cut out, when only trying to use one outlet. Radiator didn't work. "

"Very good accommodation well worth the money. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms clean, towels good, bed comfortable. Easy check in."

"The hotel is well placed in the centre of Birmingham and close to "Grand Central", my room was comfortable and more than adequate for my needs. However one of the lifts was out of action for the whole of my stay, the other lift was slow, small and not up to standard. I managed to walk up and down to my room on the 8th floor a few times but the taking 20 minutes from pressing the call button to reaching the ground floor for my departure (with bags) was poor."

"The hotel is in good location easily accessible to the local train station and buses and close to one of the biggest shopping centre In Birmingham. Staff's are very friendly and helpful. One thing I don't like the hotel name at first I wasn't sure to book or not to book. The hotel is environmentally friendly."
