"Unable to be checked-in anytime after 4 p.m. when I arrived there. And also told by others who live there (not the owner) that my room will not have an en-suite bathroom either. "

"I flew into Birmingham with no information about checking into this property, after numerous phone calls that just went through to a receptionist who could not get a hold of the property owner I received a "confirmation email", in this email it stated a completely different property.
