Heating an issue - in cold for a few hours in a really icy spell outside (Room 29) but working with Amy she mended the boiler after a while and room warmed up from 9pm onwards. "Rooms nice and clean, hotel lounge and bar were absolutely spectacular, also a perfect location for exploring York city centre. What really makes this hotel though is the staff, they are very attentive and nothing is too much trouble, big thank you to Patrick who looked after us in Peacy’ bar and grill for dinner and also Laura on reception for being amazing and making us feel very special, thankyou Team Milner, hope to see you again soon."
