"Good location, a bus stop just a few minutes away and most importantly quiet. The only downfall would be the lack of maintenance in the room itself, the mirror light in the bathroom was cracked a didn’t work, the bathroom fan wasn’t working and generally the room lacked a good refresh. Looked very well used. "
"Lovely, clean apartment. Excellent and prompt communication via telephone. Spacious and modern. Only downside was parking, there are 11 spots for 20 units, not advertised on expedia. You didn't find out til after pre check-in which caused some headache. But when we got there, parking lot was empty so we were able to park. If you have big cars, I'd choose elsewhere because it has a vey narrow entrance and tons of pillars for a small area. Would recommend though."

"Great location-easy walk to center of town. Room was spacious & comfortable and had a fridge. Breakfast had a nice variety of foods that were all tasty and appealing. Staff was very helpful and attentive."
"Stayed one night at The Loftsome Bridge hotel and would definitely book to stay there again. The courtyard outside of reception had a nice seating area and a lily pond. Our room was super clean (as was the the rest of the hotel), and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was relatively big and had a bath, which was perfect as we cycled there and our muscles needed some TLC. I also liked that we could open the bedroom windows. Dinner and breakfast were excellent and throughout our stay all staff were polite and welcoming. "
"The lobby of the hotel was great, everything is on one floor so handy if you're disabled. None of those tiny flights of stairs. Swimming pool was fantastic. There's a great kids play room in the lobby which is handy if you want a drink and the kids to entertain themselves. The room was modern and comfortable. My only complaint is that in terms of window the whole room just had one tiny window but a pretty minor complaint. The bathroom was clean and comfortable with good hot water pressure. I would definitely come back."
"David and the staff were amazing. We got so much great service, information, food and beverage service and overall logistics help. The kitchen staff were on top of everything, cleaning tables and refreshing breakfast items. They all deserve major praise. That can't be an easy job. And they did it all with poise, service and smiles."

"The staff was very welcoming on our arrival and very helpful.
Our room was 49. The very clean and the bed was very comfortable then only issue was the fan in bathroom didn’t go off once the light had been turned off so all night the fan was low back ground noise. But everything else was lovely and breakfast the next morning was amazing and plenty off food to eat.
Would definitely stay again and recommend to family /friends.
