"Great hotel, took us a bit to find it but that was only because we had to figure out the labyrinth of tunnels from the train station. Appreciated the fact that it had laundry facilities. "
"I love staying APA chain hotels. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are always clean. They provide many amenities, I especially love the spa. They also have a quick way to check in and out. "Enjoyed our time at this property as it had everything along with all of the amenities. As a family of 5 the late night ramen from 9 to 10pm was a hit! I was able to use the onsen 2 times during our 6 night stay (got back too late from universal and expo) and found it good. One large pool along with a small cold pool. Best time to go was during the ramen experience as there was little to know people in the onsen at that time. Hotel provided all of the toiletries that were needed (towels, comb, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner and body wash). Hotel also provided next day transfer services to our next location (Hakone) and the prices were quite reasonable. "
