Everything was pristine. My only complain would be space. I wish the room was a little bigger but I understand as space is limited in Japan. The staff were excellent as well! Extremely helpful and so pleasant. The hotel is located in a great spot next to the park and many cafes. Our stay couldn’t have been better!"
