"Cross hotel in Osaka was great! Location wws perfect, right beside the Donqi, right beside the running man attraction, right beside the dontonbori area where the food stalls are all located. Also a few minutes away from the shopping district. Hotel was clean, easy check in. This room also had a lot fo space. Biggest room we had on our trip too. "

"Hotel is in a great location - right in the middle of Dontaburi and easy to get around. The hotel was very clean - room and facilities were updated and modern. Buffet breakfast was a surprising hit with our family (hotel buffets are usually mediocre from my experience but food was terrific here - totally recommend, great way to start the day). Staff is very friendly … would give full marks for this hotel!"

"Compared to the 2 other places we stayed in Japan, this was the biggest, size wise. There were 2 separate bedrooms, a bathroom, a laundryroom attached to a shower room, a kitchen attached to a living room area with a small balcony, and a traditional style sitting room. I may highly consider making this home base for the next trip. The check-in process was a bit strange since there are no people staffing the building, but follow the email instructions, and its easy enough."
