Spacious room, but no drawers or shelves. Room cleaning was a little hit and miss - carpet was never effectively cleaned, supplies sometimes not replenished, mugs uncleaned during full service. Excellent aircon, spectacular lobby. Staff very courteous and helpful, but when advertised as English spoken, surprisingly few staff spoke English to any reasonable standard. Excellent location oppostite JR train station, adjacent to Expo bus station and easy 20 min walk from Universal Studios. Meal in cafe was excellent

I thought this hotel is walkable to Universal Studios… it is a train stop away, and Not really walkable. For those who are in this area for Universal Studios, I suggest that you book other hotels near its premise. This hotel is NOT convenient for Universal Studios.

ホテルの規模がとても大きく、設備も充実していたし朝食もとても美味しかったです。 ただ残念な点が2点あり、1点目は部屋に入ったら虫がブンブン飛んでいて(部屋は10階)自分達が連れてきてしまったのか初めからいたのかは定かではないですけど、落ち着いて寝られませんでした。2点目は、暑い日だったのですが空調の温度をMAXまで下げても全く涼しくならず不快でした。

朝食に大満足です。 品数が豊富なうえ、３階は和食の朝食とのご案内でしたが、パンや洋食メニューもたくさんあり、何より美味しかったです。 座席と座席の空間も適度にあり、隣を気にすることなくゆっくり食事ができました。 大浴場も広々していて、気持ちの良い空間でした。

近隣施設で遊びすぎてしまいチェックインがものすごく遅くなってしまったが、チェックインに問題なく大浴場に行くならあと10分ほどしかないですよと親切に教えて頂いた。
