Amenities can’t be beat with the spa steps away and a family mart in front of the hotel. The restaurants are also great and staff is very friendly. My only issue is that the bed and especially pillow is extremely firm. I couldn’t sleep because the pillow was so stiff. Also the water temperature in the shower couldn’t be adjusted, it was too cold for me. If these 2 things improved I’d give the hotel a 5 stars. Overall, good experience.

Overall my stay was good. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very clean. Housekeeping came daily to tidy up and make the bed. They provide basic hygiene items.
