Convenient place to stay to tour the city as well as for day trips around Kansai. Hotel with a lot of adds on (laundry, restaurants, spa and even vending machines for beverages). Only downside it’s a very big hotel and with a lot of floors, so at certain times the elevators were very busy. But all in all, would stay here again.

The laundry facility was convenient and easy to monitor in the room, but the dryers are poor. Even with cleaning the lint filter, it still took 1.5 hours to fully dry a load. There also needs to be a trash can on the laundry room for deposing the lint. Other than the above, this was a great place to stay.

Another wonderful APA Hotel with friendly staff, all the things I've come to love and expect. The new check-in process continues to be very problematic. I finally discovered this time that my reservation did not have my middle name in it, but my passport does which was confusing the system. But still, had to enter so much stuff manually that Expedia already had. It's poorly integrated and poorly implemented (I'm an IT guy so I know). Please fix this one aspect and it will be perfect again. Thank you.

The room was small, but clean. It’s a large building with a labyrinth of dark hallways and a multitude of rooms. The breakfast buffet was goods. The check in was very frustrating. When I’ve been traveling and tired, I look forward to a friendly face to check me in. Now there’s computers at Apa. Somehow my name got messed up so I had no reservation. It did get sorted but with much frustration. What happened to customer service? I’ve stayed in Osaka in wonderful hotels that have friendly, welcoming staff. I’ll stay there in the future.

Das schlechteste Hotel Zimmer das ich je besucht habe und das zu einem gehobenen Preis. Es ist absolut winzig, ein angebliches Doppelbett mit den Maßen eines einzelbetts. Das Bad ist so winzig, man kann sich auf dem Klo nicht mal gerade hinsetzen und sitzt dann direkt mit dem Kopf an der Tür. Die Dusche hat einen Vorhang und ist nicht für normal große Europäer ausgelegt. Das Hotel hat über dreißig Stockwerke und man muss lange auf einen Fahrstuhl warten in den man sich dann mit 10 anderen Personen quetschen muss. Das Personal ist nur mittelmäßig freundlich. Dazu kommt dass das Hotel direkt an einer Hauptstraße liegt, was entsprechend laut ist.
