"Weren’t offered water when we checked in. No one told us there wasn’t water in the room. Called the front desk to ask someone to bring water up and she said she was too busy and couldnt help me. I had to walk all the way down stairs (we were given the farthest room from the front desk) to get it at 11pm after traveling all day with a 6 month old. Very confusing breakfast situation. You are given a voucher but you have to take your breakfast away and eat it in another other part of the hotel - you can’t sit down and eat your food in the restaurant with the food voucher the hotel gives you ( you pay extra for this as well) Courtesy shuttle to Airport only runs once every hour. We were packed in like sardines on our trip back to the airport from the hotel. Our room was small, dinky, dime store mattress. As I said they gave us the farthest possible room from the entrance. Overall for $350 a night it was the worst experience I’ve ever had for a one night hotel stay at that price point. Never coming back- huge rip off!"

"The staff were extremely friendly and the airport free shuttle is amazing. The property is run down, air-conditioner in the room is noisy and makes it hard to sleep. The bedding needs replacing (pillows are lumpy/no quilt just a woolen blanket), blinds don't block sunlight, windows are paper thin and you can hear everything. All of this meant it was hard to sleep at night. Good choice if you just need somewhere to sleep between flights. "

"Hotel is older but comfortable. It is clean and maintained. The area is probably not the best in Honolulu but it is close to the airport and there is a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport."

"The best place to stay away from all things 'touristy'. The 2 Queen 1 Bedroom Suite was perfect for our family of 5 for one week. There was enough space for everyone. Breakfast was good with the daily omelette station and other hot and cold offerings; however, it can get busy. Evening reception was perfect at the end of the day and it, too, can get busy. Paid parking is perfectly located on the property with easy in/out access. Shout out to all the staff with their entertainment recommendations and hospitality."

"The location and place were perfect, book with them outside of Expedia, it is difficult to communicate with the property through Expedia. The staff are wonderful and helpful, getting check in instructions through Expedia was very difficult "

"I didn't get to see much of the spa because you needed to book a facial or massage to use it. I had a pedicure but that didn't count for some reason. Would be nice if you could just pay a small fee if all you wanted to do was get access to the spa area for the day. And maybe put a few indoor plants in there; because there's no windows so it feels a little claustrophobic."
