The property is in need of some TLC. Repaint and repair in many areas. Rugs in hallways in need of replacement. Two areas that need improvement: 1. Friendliness of staff. I walked by countless number of workers around the property and not one made eye contact or said hello. 2. Room services dirty dishes being left outside rooms. They remained outside in the hallways we walked down for 12-24 hours.

The resort was nice and had all the amenities you would expect. The concierge, however, led us astray. We booked an expensive boat ride, and the concierge told us breakfast and lunch would be served and even took our lunch orders. The facility, location and staff are great. A really enjoyable resort to stay. Would return. Only disappointment is that some of the prices for meals, like the breakfast buffet, are unjustifiable and have the flavour of price gouging.

Perfect for kids/family. Great experience. Fun pools, lazy river, kids pool, adult pool, slides, walk to beach.. beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. Must visit and stay!!)
