"This lovely & peaceful Coconut Villa property was perfect for our family of five. The home, along with the amenities exceeded our expectations. The beautiful Ko 'Olina beaches were just a short walk. This was a major plus; as beach parking is extremely limited. Our granddaughter also loved going to the pool. Tena, the property manager, was easy to reach, extremely accommodating and friendly. We cooked a lot during our nearly 3-week stay; the kitchen was well appointed. Enjoyed many meals on the lanai overlooking the 10th fairway and the graceful black swans! Mahalo"

"The room was in great shape. Maria our host was great. She met us on our arrival. Showed us around and made herself available if there were any issues. Of course there were not any. We had a fabulous time and the facilities were the very best"

"My third stay at this resort. The cleaniness of the resort is amazing!! Down to the grout on the sidewalks!! We actually saw a man cleaning and sealing in the round about. Love, love the quiet pool, and live music was so special while watching the sunset!"

"B1001 was outstanding! The view is amazing with the ocean and mountains. Sunset is stunning and worth taking pictures. I’ve stayed at 8 different villas and enjoy this beach village. I’m from Oahu now living in the Midwest and it’s perfect for family to come and visit. The lagoons are clear and safe for children. Well equipped and very clean. Would highly recommend B1001. Owners were outstanding. Thanks Paul!"

"This condo was stunning. Everything about this stay was perfect, from the wonderful, attentive hostess Diana, to the beautiful place. Diana was a pleasure to communicate with, prompt responses, and so helpful, and sweet. Check- in was a breeze. We walked into the condo, and our jaws dropped with how lovely it was. The place was immaculate, and well stocked with kitchen items, bathroom items etc. The grounds are gorgeous, and the condo has a lovely, private patio, right off tbe living room’. This was a big part fantastic stay, and we can’t recommend Diana and her lovely condo enough. 5 stars all the way. Thanks."

"We couldn't ask for better accommodations. We had a fantastic Lanai overlooking the ocean. The three bedrooms were roomy and very comfortable. The kitchen and living room provided ample space for cooking eating and just hanging out. Having the laundry and 2 zone AC was a plus. Our host Renu always promptly replied when we had any questions or concerns and always made us feel right at home. Our only regret was we didn't stay longer. Thank you Renu. We will always have fond memories of our stay with you."
