"We enjoyed our stay here in a large room with modern bathroom. All staff were very welcoming and friendly, felt homely. The breakfast was delicious. The view of the lake at the front of the hotel was stunning - we enjoyed being able to sit and watch the sunsets. Our only negative point was the poor wifi if you need it (which we did to remotely work so this was a struggle). Otherwise we would happily return."
"Our stay at the New Inn 1730 was only overnight, and we arrived around 6pm on a Sunday evening. This is a welcoming & friendly pub, with restaurant and accommodation. The owner did his best to accommodate our needs during our short stay, and is still finding his feet a little having only recently taken on the business.
Food options were limited when we arrived, particularly for our two fussy children, so we did eat elsewhere that night, but the cooked breakfast in the morning was very good,...

"A lovely overnight stay at the Grange Country House. We received a lovely welcome from Michael, he was very informative and helped us to get settled in quickly. He gave us a tour and explanation of where everything was and about breakfast. The room was perfect, very clean and excellent condition. However, they desperately need poo bag bins! It’s a great hotel for dogs and there were no restrictions, however there were no bins at all to put the poo bags which was very annoying. But apart from that no issues.
