"Just book it! This place is incredible in every way! So clean! Feels brand new and the decor and finishes are so nice! If you want to wake up to the ocean waves and be able to step right out onto the beach, this is the place for you! Everything you need to cook at home if you don't want to drive to town. (Go to Walmart to get your groceries before you head North, food at local stores is expensive) This home does share a lot with another identical home, but those guests were not a problem for us. You will see other people though because of that if the other home is booked, so if you want total seclusion, this is not the place for you. It does take about 10 minutes of driving to get to Hanalei for any restaurants, etc... everything takes a while in Hawaii due to windy slow roads. As far as the beach goes, this is NOT a snorkeling beach. In fact, we couldn't get in the water at all. There are lots of big rocks and big waves since this home faces North. The water is rough in this area, so do not plan to get in the water at this home. Tons of nearby beaches though that are safer for water stuff. Not being able to get in the water was not an issue for us. You have to give up something to have views like this! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Manager was super responsive when we had an issue. The only thing that I did not like was that the hot tub chemicals were so strong that you could not actually get in and enjoy it."

"This pristine home was absolutely perfect for our family trip with our two adult sons. It was our second time staying in Haena, and our first time at this home. The abundant windows, and gorgeous views allowed us to enjoy the beautiful North Shore of Kauai at all times…while cooking dinner, relaxing on the Lanais, and even laying in bed! High quality linens, comfortable beds and furniture, a well stocked kitchen, and the friendly and prompt management team were all greatly appreciated. The owners provide an informative guidebook, with great dining recommendations. We hope to come back to this home again and again. "

"The Tiki Hut is the perfect secluded slice of paradise for anyone looking for a quiet tropical beach getaway. Toni’s property and gardens are pristinely manicured for you to sink into island time and enjoy your stay on the beautiful island of Kauai. My wife and I truly enjoyed our extended stay at the property. It has all of the amenities someone would need, easy 5 min walk to tunnels beach for the best snorkeling on the island, and the best greeter/guard dog out there. We cannot wait to come back and visit! "
