"The hotel is beautifully labdscaped and maintained. As for the room, its a normal quality hotel room. House keeping come every other day. If you need more towels you just need to ask, and a microwave is available upon request. Two things I had issue with, one the noise from the pool was sometimes too loud, our room overlooked the pool and the kids pool. If you want a quieter stay I would chose a room overlooking the garden. The second issue was the children running back and fourth in and out the sliding glass door on the floor above us. Issues did not ruin our stay, just a little bothersome. All in all it was a great stay, how could it not be, we were in Kauai!"

"Great place. Clean and relaxing also kids friendly. The reason I gave it four stars is because you cannot enjoy the beach the waves are strong and it’s not safe. That’s the only down fall."

"Quiet, peaceful, low key lovely property next to the ocean. Beautiful landscaping, not hyper or crowded atmosphere. Places to eat located close by in walking distance or short drive. I LOVE this place and hope to come back."

"We brought our own snorkeling gear, but really appreciated the boogie boards, cooler, and beach chairs in the closet. Hard to fit those in carry-on luggage!Everything great and as shown, except the downstairs king bed can no longer be split into 2 twins as shown in the video.thanks!"
2BD/2BA Oceanfront Condo with Beach Access

"Great location for access to anywhere in the island. Condo is roomy and clean. Check in and communication was very good. Only issue was with the oven and that was remedied by the host within half a day. 2 of our nights were quite warm without AC when the winds shifted but we managed just fine. It was great to have a washer and dryer to freshen beach towels and clothes."

"Property was nice and ocean front. Quiet and isolated from the rest of the hotels which is nice to avoid crowds. Everything is nearby, short 5-10 minute driving distance (groceries, restaurants, shopping). The Only downside and it was completely MY FAULT for not reading the property fee polices. Besides the normal nightly resort fees as all hotels have, they have a MANDATORY CLEANING FEE that is paid at check-in. So Besides spending the money for booking the room, you also pay a large lump sum at check-in. It was not a pleasant surprise, but it was MY FAULT for not catching it when booking the hotel and checking the fees. The hotel has their prices posted if you look up the cleaning fees for each room size. Although I had a good time staying at this location, I unfortunately wont be staying here again because of that pricey cleaning fee. The fee was more expensive than my airfare and nearly the same price as booking the room for 2 nights. For the total price i paid, Airlines + hotel + Mandatory Cleaning Fee, it didn't feel worth what i was paying. But if you dont mind that fee, its a good ocean front hotel with a nice view."

"The property was exactly as you see it on-line. The location was great, plenty to do within a short drive, but also only a 40 minute drive to the North shore. The communication with the host during the reservation process was excellent. He shared lots of information about the condo and surrounding area which made the decision to stay there easy. There were six of us in the group (2 adults and 4 teenagers) and there was plenty of space. The quality of the upgrades recently completed were top of the line. The on-site washer/dryer was a great touch and came in very handy. The second floor was also a excellent feature, parents up and teenagers down. The views were also amazing from the condo and very easy to find from the airport. Condo was also equipped with beach chairs, towels and bikes which was also a great touch. I would highly recommend staying here and taking advantage of all the condo has to offer. I would also like to thank the host, Simon, for being so friendly and easy to deal with. You couldn't ask for a better host."
