"The grounds and location are heaven! It’s like you are living in the jungle with mountain view’s. Units are nice and spacious. The staff is great! Our only negative is the roosters all night noise. but that is all of Kauai. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Amazing value for the price! "

"Nicely renovated traditional Hawaiian home within easy walking distance of Hanalei Bay and the town. Well appointed and had everything we needed. It’s located at the end of a road with an agricultural facility that was busy with vehicles and large trucks and could be noisy at times. Overall and nice stay."

"Great communication with host and we appreciated all of the welcome goodies! The home was exactly as pictured. The views of the lush gardens from the many windows throughout the house were beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the upstairs porch for reading and listening to the waves. The beach chairs and umbrellas were appreciated and put to good use. Lastly, the proximity to the beach can't be beat and the stroll into town is under 10 minutes. We had an excellent stay!! "

"Pine Tree Villa could not have a more perfect location and the clear view of Hanalei Bay will add magic any time of year. The house was well stocked with everything you need to feel right at home. Make sure to plan ahead and book desired hikes and activities well in advance as the area is popular and admission to the Koke’e State Park for hiking on the Nā Pali Coast is limited for crowd control. However, if all you want to do is relax and enjoy the beach, you’re in the right place. You can easily walk into town or drive 3 minutes for tons of cute shops and restaurants! Our 5 kids ages 15-21 loved all of it! "

"The kitchen was well equipped and very organized. We cooked most of our meals with daily fresh fish from the Dolphin. We loved the large open living floor. The carpeted section was particularly good for the 9-month old, and the room to run was particularly good for the 2- year old, plus all the adults could keep an eye on them both easily. There was a baby gate to cover the stairs. Beautiful views with windows all around enabled us to enjoy the tropics even while inside. Loved the easy walk into town and to the beach, and the beach gear. "

"We didnot cook at the house so lack of a dishwasher was not an issue for us. Silverware, dishes etc. need to be updated"
