"Thank you for letting us stay at the Waimea Cottage, we loved having it as our home while adventuring on the West End. We love the decor/design and general vibe. It reminded us of our own little getaway cabin in our local mountains. It's very well apportioned and the outdoor shower and tub are perfect. We actually never showered inside, it was so nice. Our only regret was not staying longer. Well done, we will be back for sure. Much Mahalos."

"Location good. Quiet area. Restaurants and food store nearby. Hotel clean and in good condition. There is an ocean view, however, from a distance. Communication for check-in and office is good. There is no housekeeping but you can get clean towels. Really enjoyed sitting on the porch listening to ocean waves, watching sunsets, and various birds and chickens in area."

"Loved our stay here. Would go back if we are ever blessed to go again. We had a family of 10 (4 couples w/ 2 late teen boys) and the property was prefect for our group with a couple beds to spare. Walkable to the shops (don’t wait until the last day to discover the trail from the neighborhood to the shops). Drive to the north side of the island for better beaches but stay here."

"We had a group of 7 adults and we have stayed at another VRBO luxury home in Hawaii, but this one was exceptional. The location on the ocean was a huge feature that made this home unique and special. In addition the kitchen was well appointed, the bathrooms were modern and very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the pool was surprisingly fun after a hot day of activities. The location of the house near Koloa Town is really convenient for grocery stores, shopping and dining. The Beach House restaurant is right down the street with a beautiful sunset view of the ocean. The only difficulty we had was the front door lock on the house was broken. The property managers sent someone out to fix it, but it never worked. We had to lock it from the inside and exit out the back. For this price range we shouldn't have to invent ways to enter and exit the home. The locks should work."
