"The desk staff were very helpful with the check in process. I loved that I could borrow free beach equipment. The washer/dryer with complimentary detergent in the rooms was convenient. Even though the weather was very pleasant and not too hot outside, it was nice to have the air conditioning because I like it a little extra cool when I sleep. "
"Avoid the time share presentation here, what they give you to persuade you to go to it isn't what they say. A week for free "somewhere at popular destinations" require taxes at the value gifted, cleaning fee, and parking fees that make it Not worth it. Requires upgrades at $$$. Decline the promotion.
Apart from that, the place is great for the price accommodations for 1-3 bedrooms. Hot tubs are hot. Pools are good. BBQ areas helpful for grilling. Sound isolation is very poor. Hear neighbors walking above or the chickens going off during the night - especially mornings. Can't avoid those chickens, but there's minimal sound isolation as part of the room walls are actually screen shutters. So - keep that mind light sleepers! Having a kitchen to cook is very helpful. Stocked well. "
"Room was immaculate and exactly what was advertised. Property is incredible in every way. We already put money down for our next stay. Resort isn’t cheap but has everything you could want available. It’s a very very steep path to the nearby beach, but it’s well worth it."

Reviewer Comments:
Absolutely beautiful view! Very pretty grounds and lovely beach with access to Hanalei 1 food. But the room left a lot to be desired! Very dinged up and dirty. Dirty floors (soles of feet would get brown when walking barefoot after shower), long strands of hair in the shower and bathroom, brown water bugs/small roaches(?) in the the bathroom/closet area. Would not recommend or stay here again, sadly."
"I think my deck should have had two lounge chairs instead of one. There were not enough dresser drawers in the room. The hall rug on floor one was a bit shabby. Overall though, very nice property and great staff."
