"The overall stay would rate a D-
The beginning was the worst part. They seemed to not have us registered?? Not sure but they had us take a seat and then took over 20 minutes to check in and we got there at 5:30pm. Check in is at 4pm.
Once we got our keys and went up and tv was blasting a kids show and doors were open. Brought up the concerns to the folks at the front and didn’t seem to care nor offered anything besides we “checked it out and everything is fine”. We asked for a different room due to not being comfortable with what just happened and wasn’t available due to being full. Honestly just didn’t want to deal with it anymore so just let it go.
Place wasn’t the cleanest but could be a cute if someone put some care into it.
No AC but has 2 fans that almost reach the opening of the doors to help circulate air. Thankfully it wasn’t super hot while we were there.
They do have a washer and dryer which is nice and some amenities in the kitchen and cooler for the beach- again not the cleanest but nice to have. They don’t clean your room while you are there but can ask for more towels.
Also no restaurants on property but claim to have breakfast truck upfront but everything is always sold out before 9am. Says it’s open 7am-11am.
Just hope this helps someone looking to stay here."
"Lovely stay in a very spacious 2 bed 2 bath. They let us take beach chairs and umbrellas for our whole day. The only thing to note is that the feral roosters crow early in the morning and you can really hear it because the windows sort of perma-open because of lack of air conditioning."
"The property is beautiful and vast, although the cottages are a bit old. Located next to the water but not the water to swim in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."
"From the concierges, to the valets, to the poolside wait staff, to the housekeeping, the hospitality was wonderful! We made the mistake of doing Uber instead of a rental car. Not the smartest idea considering it is really easy to get an Uber from the airport to Princeville, but very hard to get an Uber while at the hotel. The valet manager and staff were very helpful in arranging other transportation for us, and even drove us to and from the hotel to the the Princeville Market so we could try some other restaurants in addition to the ones at the hotel. Perfect access to the beach and fun trails to walk/hike."
