"The staff here are amazing! Valet, bell desk, front desk, housekeeping, bartenders, everyone I encountered was so helpful and friendly. Our rooms got cleaned everyday which was amazing and we got a cute scrapbook from Shutterfly as a free gift & my son got a seashell Lei & they gave us a really helpful map of the island & recommendations of places to go. There are so many restaurants and shops inside the resort also within short walking distance. We enjoyed the ocean view from our balcony and loved watching the sunset every night. We were right on the beach which was perfect for my 5 year old, very much kid friendly. Overall amazing hotel & would definitely stay again when we come back to Waikiki."
