"Very good for families with young kids. Loved view of Diamond Head from our 26th floor room in Rainbow Tower, proximity to beach and super pool. Check-in and check-out was easy. Places to eat on property were very expensive and food was meh so we walked to food court at Ala Moana mall (15 minute walk) a few times. Two ABC stores onsite were a good hack for quick meals like spam musubi and fresh fruit, perfect for souvenir shopping."
"If you’ve had it with corporate money grab hotels in Waikiki, a mad dash for deck chairs, long lines, and overpriced rentals, this one is for you. Beautiful peaceful setting, calm waters, low key, modest footprint with complementary activities and a very friendly and attentive small staff. This is what Aloha feels like. I will definitely be back soon. "
"The staff were absolutely excellent and the room while dated was clean and comfortable and the bed was fairly new.
The biggest problem in this area is the high number of homeless population, many with mental illness. The multiple engagements I saw hotel security staff having with them were nothing short of very confrontational and gave a very unsafe sense about the entire area, Due to the quantity and the level of drug addiction in this homeless population, I would not recommend booking a hotel in this area again."

"Great location, great amenities and wonderful hosts! We'll be back! Hosts went the extra mile mailing me a swimsuit that I sadly left. Way to go! Made my day, favorite swim/workout shorts! Many Mahalos!"

"Prime location across from beautiful beach. Homeowner is very responsive. Would highly recommend staying on Windward side of island vs near hustle and bustle of Honolulu, and this property is lovely."
