"Amazing hotel with a beautiful view. Pool and hot tub was amazing. Staff was super friendly and went above and beyond expectations. 10/10 would definitely stay here next time we are in Waikiki! Thank you to the staff for making our trip so wonderful!"

"Swimming pool is too small."

"Pool chairs were not very comfy. no cushions and lots of kids at the pool at all hours. Plus, you can not see the ocean from the pool so it just feels like you could be anywhere. The hotel next door A/C unit faces all the poolside rooms so even though we had an ocean partial view all we heard was a massive heating and air unit. Beach is suppppper small and basically unusable for adults. The staff, restaurant on site and rooms were great. Very nice, clean and updated."

"I recommend staying in the newly renovated rooms, they are clean and well kept. The pools are awesome as is the location. The elevators are a survival of the fittest, there are so many people staying at the hotel and when we were there not all elevators were working so you literally waited 10-15 mins sometimes just to ride the elevator up or down during peak times. Overall great for families but can be pricey with food, drinks and activities "
