Overall a good time. Arrived early on check in day and no rooms were ready until an hour before check in. On checkout day, only 1 hour extension for late checkout. While waiting in the lobby on checkout day, saw a bunch of later checkouts so it felt very preferential.

Excellent hotel! The customer service was outstanding, and everything was very clean and well maintained. The location is also perfect—very convenient and close to everything. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The resort is well situated in the heart of Waikiki: close to the beach, to the International Marketplace and eateries. Very comfortable bed and bedding; staff is accomodating. Shower was only lukewarm in the evening (on the 15th floor) and ran out of conditioner but otherwise well serviced and laid out. Liked that they are trying to do recycling. Watercooler for guests would have been nice in the lobby given the warm temps. Was given a voucher for $50 for two eateries nearby which we used (thank you!).

The property was in a great location to Waikiki beach. Breakfast was just okay. If you want eggs you can only get scrambled. Our room was clean but the shower had to start running the water at least 20 minutes before you want to get in as the water didn’t start to warm up until then.
