"The pool was closed during our stay which was a bummer. We had an issue with the icemaker which was taken care of right away. Staff is always nice and helpful. wish they had 3-bd units! would def return again."

"We just returned today. 15 hr drive with two kids. I would stay here again. Clean property quiet and on the beach. Pool was a little cool for the kids in fact cooler than the gulf. Room was great everything you could want except I believed when I booked it I was getting beachfront but beware there are two buildings one on the beach then in the middle is a parking lot and then the building we stayed in. Could still see the gulf and beach but couldn’t really hear waves crashing with street noise. It would do well to have a bar and grill on property would be my best suggestion. Overall great place to stay for the money!"

"Constantly problems with the room key TV doesn’t work even though you complained about it they just said here’s a different remote never worked. It’s a marina. You can’t even fish there and the staff is no help whatsoever 90% of them don’t even speak. English will never ever go there again and will never recommend it either."

"The room we had was separate from the main part of the hotel and was very quiet and easy to access. The property was very close to the beach, across the street. The coffee pot did not have the proper adapter for the k-cups, so we could only use it for hot water, which worked fine for us. I would definitely pick this place again."

"This is our second time at Maderia Norte. We appreciated how clean and fresh everything was. The beach was clean and had a family friendly atmosphere. Good communication with host. We really appreciate his kindness. Hopefully we will be able to come back next year."
