Condo was as advertised and easy access. Pool was amazing and residents were as friendly as could be. I would definitely stay at Madeira Beach Yacht Club again.

Great condo on Madeira Beach

The condo was on a very secure property and minutes from a large pool. There is a large living space and kitchen and a barbecue . The bedroom had two beds and all rooms had fans. There is a screened in outdoor area with available chairs to bring to beach..

Convenient & Clean

Lovely condo within walking distance to beach, groceries, restaurants, ice cream and bars -- but not too close to be loud or obnoxious. Nice sized living room/dining room with a decently sized outside lanai -- or screened patio. Beds were clean and comfortable. More towels would have been nice. Make sure you bring your own beach towels!

Quality unit in great location

The MBYC is a lovely complex, very secure, well maintained property with large pool area. It is situated on a quiet dead end road. The MB Community centre is at the far end, with walking paths, tennis courts and baseball diamonds across the road, so there’s always a lot of activity The unit #233A was very clean, the high end kitchen was a pleasure to cook in, outdoor grill was in new condition. All furnishings were comfortable. We had everything we needed for a month’s stay. The host replied promptly to any questions We would gladly rent there again

Wonderful Trip

My husband and I decided to take a last minute trip to Florida and booked this condo. It was a perfect place for us. It was very clean, roomy, and had what we needed. It was quiet and I felt very safe. No problems checking in and our host was very responsive to the few questions we had. It was a less than 10 minute walk to the beautiful beach and we spent most of our days there. It was also a short 5 minute walk to CVS Pharmacy and Winn-Dixie grocery store. So convenient! I would recommend booking an excursion with Charter Finders located next door. I would stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful place to relax!

The unit had been bought after another owner had lived in it, chain-smoking for decades. The new owner hadn't done enough to rid the unit for the smoke smell, soooo hard to stay in, we all felt sick.

Very Nice, clean and updated

Everything was great! A few things missing as landlord is new to this. Was super clean, updated and close to everything. The only thing is the beds are actually doubles and one is against the blinds. So we purchased an airbed to have enough sleep room
