The resort is clean ,staff friendly, food is good,but the pool is small hard to get a chair unless your up at 7.One pool bar,one main bar which shuts down at 11.If your young looking for more activities, disco,more upbeat and modern environment stick with the bigger resort s ,such as a RUI"

"Our 2 room suite was very clean and comfortable for 2 nights. We loved the balcony view of sunrise over the Caribbean Sea, from either the spa tub or chairs. We also used the kitchenette for cooking and preparing breakfast and lunch, and walked to delicious local restaurant one evening, and the Club Regina hotel bar overlooking the coast the other eve (nachos and cheesecake were very good). "Last minute one night stay. The hotel located on the Caribbean Oceanside and reminds me of the original mexican style resorts from the 90’s. For being on the Zona hotelera, it was a good price. Beach view and room positioning is well worth the stay. Staff was very nice and helpful. There is no poolside or beach front waiters but there is a pool house restaurant, pool bar and lobby bar.
