"Very Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended This is by far one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in. The experience has been extremely disappointing. There is no clean or safe pool available for kids, and there are no activities or events as expected from a hotel like this. The pool areas, especially those near construction zones, feel unsafe and poorly maintained. The overall condition raises serious concerns about cleanliness and health standards. The staff and management do not seem to address these issues or show concern for guests’ comfort and safety. To make matters worse, the main dinner restaurant is practically unavailable. We were told it is “reservation only,” but when we tried to book, there was no availability for the entire week. This is completely unacceptable and very frustrating. You come here expecting to relax and enjoy your vacation, but instead you end up dealing with stress and disappointment."

"Very nice, would come again, got there early and was checked in to my room early no extra charge, and great rooms too. Food, you won't be disappointed, unless you like coconuts cuz there aren't any, I hoped for a station that makes juice smoothies, don't need the proteins whey or spirulina, just a blend of any of the wide selection of fruit available with water or milk would be so appreciated. And bring Pepto Bismol, not sure what got me there but I spent 2nd and 3rd day in the toilets. (Think my "medium" Arrachera steak since it was rare) Wife and daughter were fine with theirs. Staff, mostly friendly, sometimes bartenders looked like they had enough, and seeing how much they do, I would be moody too, just treat them well $ or $$, not ideal but you will get treated better and with a smile. Seaweed tip, avoid it if you can, daughter and I were fine and we touched a lot of it, my wife not so lucky, she still itching like crazy after 10 days now, there could be jellyfish tangled up or larvae. Arms and legs full of itchy red spots. Pools were a 3/5 unfortunately, mid March had some cool weather so we hoped for warm pools but nope, they rely on the sun to heat up water it seems, clouier days people barely went in, water was not warm, actually warmer in the beach. Even the various small pools with jets were cold, they looked like big Jacuzzi with bunch of jets but had same temperature as other pools. Don't know if broken or by design. Really fun entertainment, favorite part!"

"Horrible stay. Transportation from the airport was supposed to be included, but whey we arrived, it was not. Had to spent $150 to get to the hotel, and another $60 to the airport. On the first night, someone tried to get into the room at 1h30 am, and the next day, the reception called us while we were sleeping to say they wanted to come inside the room to change the lock. Eveything was very shady. The music is too loud, the shows at night are beyond loud, and bad. Food is meh. Staff is okay, but speaks only spanish. Overall hated this place."

"Food = 8.5/10. Best of all inclusive I’ve been to. No true lunch buffet was surprising. Staff = 8/10 most were amazing and very friendly. Beach = sargassum was an issue but beach and sand were fine. Major waves were fun for the kids. Overall, pools and water slides were a hit but there was nothing for kids to do in the evenings. No arcade, no table games. We saw a ping pong table on the last day. My kids were too old to participate in the kids club. Nightly Entertainment = 2/10. Don’t expect big shows or anything exciting. Pool Chair Situation = 0/10. Pure chaos. Workers made it worse by taking things off chairs for those who complained. It was a mess "

"While the rooms were clean but the amenities in the rooms could benefit from an update. The pool areas provided an enjoyable atmosphere with organized events, there were several areas where my experience fell short of expectations for an all-inclusive resort. First, the staff's professionalism was inconsistent. While the serving staff was friendly, other team members became uncomfortably pushy once I declined to purchase additional packages or events. My primary concern, however, was the food and the reservation system. The quality of the meals across the resort's restaurants was disappointing. It was particularly surprising that basic items, such as salsa or hot sauce, were unavailable for tacos and quesadillas, instead I was offered Ketchup. Room service staff advised they do not carry such sauces. Furthermore, the dinner reservation policy is quite restrictive. Being limited to only one reservation per day—with no flexibility to book different times or locations—made it difficult to plan around daily activities.
