"The hotel itself was beautiful, the staff was amazing, and being right on the beach was definitely the highlight of our trip. Everyone at the resort treated us great and the rooms were nice and clean. The biggest downside was the food honestly I’d rate it about a 2/10. Unless the food improves, we probably wouldn’t stay again. What really ruined the experience for us though was Expedia. We are a family of 5, and I originally booked what I thought was ONE suite that fit our family. But because my daughter is 17, Expedia ended up turning it into TWO separate rooms due to their “adult/child” policy. The room itself could fit 7 people, so it made absolutely no sense to us. The worst part is we didn’t realize it until later, and since it was booked through a third party company, the hotel couldn’t refund or fix it. We ended up spending about way way more than we needed to. The hotel and staff were great, but after this experience I probably won’t use Expedia again. Next time I’ll call the hotel directly first because we could have saved a lot of money and frustration."

"Everything was amazing — from the service to the food. Any questions we had were always handled by the amazing staff, who provided exceptional service every single night. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. Estefany helped us almost every day and always made sure we were taken care of. Alexander, one of the waiters, served us during our romantic dinner and also at breakfast on a few occasions, and he was extremely attentive and friendly as well. We truly appreciated the hospitality and experience throughout our stay. I would 100% recommend this hotel and will definitely book again. Thank you so much!"
