"My wife and I just got back from our 4 day 5 night trip to Cancun. It was amazing. Everything from the cleanliness of the property to the attentiveness of the staff. The only thing I was bothered by was we got the enclave package and was not informed of the full benefits until a couple days into the trip. One member in particular I’d like to give my biggest gratitude to is Salvador the bartender we befriended at the Chala Bar. This guy amazing. Great company well experienced with drinks we learned about different stages of tequila as well as we made a new friend along the way if you happen to run into him tell him Reece and Sabrina sends their best regards. We hope to visit again very soon to explore more of what Cancún has to offer. When we were leaving it felt like leaving a piece of your heart there. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would not change the experience for the world. Thank you again to the Hilton Mar Caribe for an incredible and unforgettable vacation. See you soon ! "

"Loved the A La Carte restaurants' menu and the buffet menu was pretty good too! Also love the view, pool, beach, numerous activities and them being all-inclusive! The housekeeping, room service, and everything are worth 5 stars. I would say the teppanyaki restaurant fell short of expectations and food was quite bland in my opinion. But overall 5 out of 5 stars experience and would highly recommend this hotel!!"

"My mom and I went for a week getaway and everything was absolutely perfect!! Highly recommend for all ages. The food was spectacular at all restaurants - I wish I had a whole more week to try other menu items. The staff was the absolute best and the whole experience was stellar!! Will definitely be back!"
