"We loved staying here ! There was legit something planned activity wise every hour for families, adults , kids! Staff was amazing !! They cleaned the room and changed bedding everyday! Amazing views. We stayed there from April 22nd and tended to leave 27th but we loved it so much we extended until the 2nd so what was supposed to be 5 nights turned into 10 nights! We are exploring different countries each year but this will be a resort we travel back to for sure!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The service was excellent throughout our stay. I also loved the location, being right on the beach made the experience even more relaxing and enjoyable. The food was good with plenty of options to choose from. The only downside for me was the beds, which could have been more comfortable. But overall, everything else was great and we still had an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend."

"If you are heading to Emporio, make sure you are patient, as you will definitely have to wait a long time at check in. I waited standing in line 1h15min to check in (That's not a typo nor an exaggeration!), and it seems it is normal for this property. I booked an all inclusive via experia that seem to have disappeared, so i had to pay for it again, and my ocean view turned into a building view! Staff is always nice and super friendly, but the staff at the reception needs more help and need to get a lot more organized!"

"Llegamos a las 3 pm y había una fila enorme para darnos la habitación, a las 5 nos dieron dicha habitación nadie nos dio ni agua en las 2 horas de fila esperando en la piscina solo cervezas y agua de limón había para cenar fatal una fila para entrar al bufet y adentro solo 3 tipos de carne ,solo arroz blanco y poca muy poca variedad de alimentos el pan viejo y olía mal ,el desayuno estaba un poco mejor pero de veras en general hasta ahora a sido mi más amarga estancia en los más de 60 hoteles que e estado no lo recomiendo para nada la verdad es muy mala opción"

"Secret the Vine in Cancun, Mexico was a great resort. Some of the food were decent and some were great. The hotel was great and the staff was very helpful. The Hyatt app was useful and helps alot about, resturants, bars, activities and entertainment. Only down side I experinced was one of the enterainment at night was not accurate and the event wasn't hold on the night that I was there but it indicated that it was. Overall, my experince was great. I came with a group of 11 and we all had a blast. I would definitley come back again."
