"Very friendly staff. Restaurant has amazing food. Rooms were clean and stocked everyday. Security for the building checks hotel keys prior to entry after 10pm so that not just anyone can enter hotel area and access elevators, escalators. Front desk immediatley responded to a need I had. The concierge staff was friendly and very helpful. When I return to NYC, I will definitely stay at The Westin again."

"It was amazing. The front desk was great at helping with anything. It’s very clean and inexpensive. The hotel is close to pretty much everything walking distance. And Lyfts were less than 35 for any where else that wasn’t. Definitely staying there again "
