"The room was clean and our housekeeper Abra was amazing. She was always helpful and had such an amazing spirit. All hotel staff that we encountered showed excellent service. This proved to be challenging when we wanted to eat our leftovers that had cooled down but had no way of reheating our food. It may keep us from staying at Tropicana in the future. "

"If you plan on taking the shuttle to the airport, know that it did not take you to the baggage check terminals. It takes you to the back of one terminal, where you have to wait for a tram to take you to another waiting place for a shuttle to take you to the actual baggage check terminal to check in.
