"I have stayed in countless hotels around the world, and I’ve also stayed at several hotels in Vienna. However, the reception service at this hotel was terrible. A receptionist named MARIKA was horrible and extremely rude. On the same day, my key card stopped working twice. In the morning, a male staff member gave me a new key card. Then, around 8 PM, when I returned from the city, the key card stopped working again. I went back to the reception desk, and the employee named MARIKA immediately spoke to me in an irritated tone, asking, “Did you keep the key next to your phone?” as if it was entirely my fault. I was honestly shocked by her attitude, tone, and way of speaking. If guests should avoid placing the key card near a phone because of magnetic issues, then the hotel staff should explain that in advance. When I visited reception earlier that morning, the male staff member never mentioned anything about it. Instead, this employee acted annoyed at me and blamed me for something nobody had explained beforehand. I even asked her if she could be a little friendlier and nicer, but instead of apologizing, she insisted that she had done nothing wrong. I was genuinely speechless. This was by far the rudest hotel service experience I have had in Vienna, and it says a lot about the standard of this hotel"

"Good hotel and breakfast. However had to ask for basic amenities like kettle and very few charging points. Our room was double booked causing other people to walk in whilst we were there, and the bathroom has no door which is hard if you are travelling with family. Hotel was clean and tidy"

"My room was stylish, but very small. There was no writing desk or workspace. The only storage drawers are under the bed. The bathroom is well appointed with a shower, but access to it is only through narrow doors that open against the bed. The bed is comfortable. The room is quiet. Sunday breakfast in the dining room would have cost €33, so I chose to eat elsewhere. The dinner menu is adequate but not exceptional."
