I felt super safe and the hotel is in a great central location in the city — easy access to transit and in walking distance of so many sightseeing spots/museums. Check in and check out both took less than a minute, and they even let me stow my backpack there for the day since checkout was at 11am and my flight didn't leave until the evening; made it so much easier to explore London and visit museums that charge for bag checks! Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was lovely, I'd definitely stay here again."
