The hotel is just gorgeous. Very much a "more is more" approach to deco, but in a lovely way. The room was very comfortable and house keeping was a standout. The hotel is located in a lively neighbourhood with tons of restaurant/cafe options. It's also close to great shopping areas such as Carnaby Street and Regent Street. If you're into theatre/musical, most theatres are within walking distance. We would stay at Broadwick Soho again without hesitation.

A new, quirkily designed hotel in the heart of Soho - very clean, quiet and with a large number of very polite and helpful staff. The bedrooms are small, as is typical in London, but they are funtional.

Fantastic experience but Breakfest’s limit

The location, concept, interior, service, etc. are fantastic. In particular, the staff's proactive and professional response was excellent. However, there were some problems with payment communication. I did not hear any information that there was a limit to the amount of breakfast. This is the first time I have seen a system that limits meal costs. Some additional costs, such as drinks, were indicated on the invoice as lunch costs. We had problems communicating with each other a few times.

Amazing design and quality, great location. Service lacking, no accomodation for earlier check-in when arriving red eye from abroad, even though rooms were available. Likewise despite checking in often afterwards to see if ready, and asked them to contact me, then didn't even do that. And welcome at front door each time wasn't great, not boutique experience. Spoiled first day in London, and didn't feel welcome at hotel after that. won't return unfortunately, other very good service/design hotels nearby

The hotel has such an eclectic vibe — every detail feels unique and thoughtfully designed. The interior decor is gorgeous, with a perfect mix of modern touches and creative style. Everywhere you look, there’s something cool to notice. The staff were super friendly and attentive, always ready to help and just genuinely nice people, which made the whole experience even better. The amenities are a solid 10/10 — everything felt high-end and well taken care of, which made the stay extra comfortable. Looking forward to another stay in the future!
