"I had a great stay here. The hotel is very clean. The toiletries & tools (hairdryer and straighteners) provided in the room were of very high quality. The bed was comfortable, the shower was powerful and the staff were very accommodating. The diner itself is great. I enjoyed my breakfast. Parking is widely available too."

An easy walk to shopping areas of the Promenade and High Street, and for Montepellier Park for the Cheltenham Jazz Festival. A diverse range of restaurants compliment cuisines from around the world, situated nearby to suit every budget. "

"The hotel looked very plush from the outside and the foyer and reception area was very nice. Our room was a nice but definitely looked a little tired and in need of refurbishment. We had to be very careful with the door as it needed to be pushed tightly shut Was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again "

"The outdoor bar Gin and Juice was a tropical paradise with fun cocktails and a lovely garden setting. The Japanese restaurant was also excellent. Staff were very friendly and our room was large and beautifully appointed. We'll plan a trip to Cheltenham just to stay in the hotel again!"

"Hotel is in a great central location for Fairford and the pub itself is very much in keeping with the period style it was built. Being in the market place, if you have a front facing room do expect some early morning noise from deliveries to the co-op and other shops. It’s not the fault of the hotel but might help you consider a rear facing room if you’re a light sleeper. The room is comfortable and our towels were swapped for the second day.
