Room was expensive and lacking in personality. Everything was grey and featureless. Nevertheless, the room was spacious and well equipped with coffee and tea making facilities, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, tv and safe. Bathroom was spacious with large shower, but no toilet roll holder . Very good breakfast

A pleasant enough hotel in great location but our bedroom and the public areas were uncomfortably cold; we needed to wear outdoor jackets in both. Generally quite a lack lustre experience, the environment and service did not reflect the room price. Overpriced and underwhelming.

This hotel was very convenient to the shops and bars .The only disappointment that bottle of water in the room was chargeable at £4 which really is going too far based on the standard of the hotel where this is normally complimentary.
