"Overpriced for sure but close to Folly beach. No fan/ vent in bathroom. There were four of us and we only had had three towels in room. They gave me hand towels when I asked for a towel for myself."

"Stayed one night and unfortunately had a disappointing experience, especially considering the price point. I already had a headache before arriving, and the first room had an extremely strong bleach odor that immediately made it worse. Even a staff member acknowledged how strong the smell was. I requested a room change, which the front desk accommodated, but later that evening I discovered dried blood stains on the bedding in the second room. At that point, since I was checking out early the next morning, I chose not to switch rooms again. The staff was polite, and the location is great, but cleanliness and room quality are extremely important to me, especially at over $400/night. I expected a much better experience."

"I was put in the first room and there was water coming out of the ceiling over the shower. The microwave was not only broken but it had old food in it from a previous occupant. The phone to call the front desk did not work when I tried to call for assistance on the microwave. Last but not least there were mouse droppings in the bathroom, with the color of the carpet no telling if droppings were in the carpet. The carpet didn’t feel clean walking barefoot on. They moved me to a new room which was better. The toilet was constantly running. And the carpet in the common area didn’t even look vacuumed. End game they gave me 60.00 off on a 720.00 bill for 3 Days. That was simply insulting. I am not one to write reviews however this was the worst accommodation I have been in which includes several 3rd world countries I have visited. At a nightly cost of 240.00 per night this was unbelievable to be honest. Do not trust the pictures as they mis represent the product provided."

"TV didn’t work, phone didn’t work so couldn’t call the front desk, fire alarm battery needed to be changed, and when we finally went to check out they said “we tried to change your room for you, I don’t know why nobody told you” Meanwhile, we were at the front desk atleast twice a day asking for help."

"Average 3 star hotel. Nothing of note to indicate anything more. Housekeeping staff sparse and didn’t do much besides making beds and changing towels. If you are a hotel snob don’t stay here. I only did because I was traveling with a friend who is adverse to spending money. I typically don’t stay in anything but 4 star and above hotels so I knew from the start I would be disappointed."

"It wasnt a tradtional hotel...more like a hostel with private room and baths with a large public area. The room was nice but seemed like a crash pad for a night of drinking and bringing back a drunk date for sex. Plenty of hotels get used for this, but this seemed built more for hookups and stag outings, not really for travel or business. Different, but not bad...just unexpected. Staff was good. Nice bar. Food seemed marginal, but good restaurants nearby. Shower was great, even if sink was minimalist, as was most of room."
