"Everything was excellent except the breakfast. The way they served breakfast was like in a refugee camp and it was terrible. I understand it was bulk cooking but it could have been better they need to change their chef. "

"We chose the Tower hotel as it was something different for us. We had been to Niagara Falls many times, staying at a variety of places and wanted something different. This was. The small hotel in a tower was pretty cool. The views were great. We had a city view room but half the view was the American falls, it was quite nice. The room was modern and well appointed. They are small but that is a result of the shape of the building and was not a drawback in anyway. We only had one complaint, the mattress cover was stained. And I wish hotels would include the little milkett containers with cream or milk instead of the powder or liquid creamers with their coffee machines. The staff in the hotel were incredibly helpful, especially when we needed to check out early for an family emergency. We would happily stay here again. "
