"The very old but well maintained Chateau is in the centre of a sprawling estate that includes rolling fields and tidy vineyards. In-room TVs and new showers do not take away from the "old chateau" experience. Look forward to a longer visit next time! "

"The rooms are amazing. The beauty of the castle and it's surroundings is spectacular. However, the parking is sketchy at best and nobody offered to help with our bags and it's quite the walk up the hill with two or three bags. My mother actually fell leaving the property Sunday. The wet cobblestones are slick and dangerous. They have a golf cart that could shuttle guests and their bags easily"

"We stayed at the Park house 150m from the hotel. This was a house with a corridor of entrances to each room. The bad: The room was very dated and felt more like a low cost camping cottage. Room was not that clean, plenty of dust under bed, dust and spider web in bathroom etc. Entrance to the house was full of spider web on the wall and should be cleaned up. "The downside to a beautiful private property is there are no restaurants cafes or pubs without a considerable drive. It’s a great place to do it yourself, bring your own supplies and cook. The rooms are sparse, no hairdryer and minimal amenities. The grounds are breathtaking and serene. "
