"I couldn't have asked for a better check in or more gracious hosts/staff. They were kind, flexible, and professional. The hotel had easy parking, it was safe and secure, they have a beautiful back patio with a garden and green space, and the room was HUGE. It was clean, quiet and a short walking distance to cafes, restaurants, grocery stores and a whole street full of culture. The continental breakfast puts US continental breakfasts to shame. So tasty! I'm so glad I found this gem!"

There is no lift in the accommodation as it’s a converted period building and water is only provided on the first night. The staff were all friendly and helpful. "We were in apt downstairs which was difficult to manage with heavy luggage. When we arrived the person at the reception kindly took our cases down for us. We were also able to visit with friends in the dining area. The hotel is close to Paddington and to various small shops and restaurants. Enjoyed our stay."

"Food was excellent , reasonably priced and delectable. I have Celiac disease and asked the staff about dinner options. The Hosts immediately understood my concerns, and made suggestions that would keep me safe. They also understand the cross contamination issues. They didn't have a gluten-free menu per se, but were able to offer 4 entres that were suitable. I had the Sweet Potato and Coconut Curry dish. Very satisfying. "

"It was clean and comfortable and cheap for the price and I had no issues for central London. It's not the easiest doorway to find but it's near Liverpool street. Locks on tbe door are annoying in my view "
