"The staff and service at San Giuliano Inn Was exceptional! I felt like I was at home with family. They made me and my niece feel extremely welcomed! It is a great location! Upon arrival, I was a little concerned because there is some street const ruction! But I would stay here again, even with the construction! Their room was clean! Cappuccino was amazing!"

"We loved our stay! We stayed in the 1 bedroom and it was great. Kitchen had everything needed. The living room has a pullout sofa with a comfortable bed. Bathroom has a nice big rainfall shower. Alessio was great and promptly met us on arrival to give us a tour of the property. The area is in the heart of the city and perfect location one block from the Ponte Vecchio. Highly recommend. "

"The staff was very kind the check in was quick , the room was clean but very cold at night since they did stop the heating system. it was very easy to walk everywhere, lot of restaurants around and 5 minutes walk from the train station."

"Recently renovated and neat as a pin, this small hotel is a gem. You cant ask for a better location - 5 mins walk to the Duomo and Uffizi and under 20 mins to the Boboli Gardens. All questions were quickly answered and everyone from the owner, management, cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend."

"Nicest couple who hosted and welcomed me. It is an old building and dated but it was a clean and spacious room. The bed however was extremely uncomfortable and the air conditioning didn’t work the best. Thankfully it wasn’t too hot at night. "

"We were very skeptical at first, since it is an old building and the entrance/elevator remains as if time had stopped in 1936. BUT once you open the first door to where the rooms are, we come back to our time again. Rooms are comfortable, beautifully decorated, and perfect location, baring in mind that you are close to a very transitted area, and thus, noises (not unbearable) are possible, as well as the church bells. "The building is over 600 years old but you wouldn’t know it judging by the rooms. There is also a very nice terrace for sun tanning we used that was very private. The view of the Duomo from the room can’t be beat either."

"Great location, in the city center, walking distance to most of the attractions, 15-20 minutes to the train station. Very clean room, comfortable beds. Checking out early was possible and easy. Online self-checkin could be troublesome. The video instructions on how to get into the room should be updated as the black box on the wall has been changed to a white box. But Stefanie was very patient and helpful. She responded to any of our questions timely. Thanks!"

"Spacious, comfortable hotel in an unbeatable location (3 Piazza della Signoria)! The common sitting/dining area and large rooms feel very Florentine. Staff speaks limited English but are very friendly and helpful. Just keep an eye on the slightly convoluted check-in procedures (don't ignore your emails the day of arrival). "

"Nice room to stay in, however there were no option to change sheets. The shower door was broken and had faulty pressure. The area is very close to the centre. However very noisy at night. Modern decorations just wish there was an option for room service and better cleanliness "
