"The beds in our room were set back in a recess behind the window which meant that a strip of light between the curtains and the wall lay across our eyes from sunrise. So frustrating! Breakfast lovely and really diverse considering it was free but it was completely chaotic and almost impossible to get a sausage no matter how long or how many times you queued. Sign in the lift said the emergency button didn’t work and provided a number to call but couldn’t get any signal if we’d needed to. Room well equipped if a bit shabby. Really noisy from very early morning onwards because the flushing of loos made a really loud creaking sound throughout the whole building. "

"Check was very smooth and overall the stay was relatively nice. Only issue was the power had gone out in my room only and it took over 4 hours to get any kind of update, taking a toll on my entire day. "

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. The level of service throughout our stay was truly excellent – nothing was too much trouble, and every request was handled promptly and professionally. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was inviting and well-maintained, which added to the experience. Special thanks to Syed and Rakesh who were very helpful to make our stay more comfortable. Syed went a extra mile and moved us to club room which made our stay even more extra special. Thanks to Syed. They have restaurant with indian menu and food is obsolutely delicious. Also the fries from restaurant are great. This hotel has pool and jacuzzi which is an added benefit if we are staying with kids. My daughter loved it and enjoyed while we stayed at hotel. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a comfortable, enjoyable experience. We will definitely be returning in the future!"

"Noisy at night. Inconsiderate. Esp on ground floor"

"The rooms were small but adequate. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the choice at breakfast was good. There was a small amount of parking space at the front of the hotel. It stands at walking distance from the railway station but noise is NOT intrusive. There were a lot of stairs to the top floor of the hotel. There was a poor flow of water in the shower and the water took a long time to get hot, perhaps because of being on the top floor. In general terms, it offered good value for money. Thank you. "
