"This is a fabulous property. We stayed in Studio 2, and every detail had been thoughtfully considered to make our stay perfect. Easy check in via keyless entry pad, no keys to loose. We now understand why it’s called Hush! Despite being on the busy Royal Mile, we heard no street noise at all. Easy walk access to transport, bars and restaurants. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with lovely bedding and towels. The décor was tasteful, and the tea, coffee and complimentary wine were lovely touches. Everything we could possibly need had been thought of and provided. A wonderful place to stay so we highly recommended! I found a private parking space on (My parking space) app and we left our car parked there as we didn’t need it to explore Edinburgh. We used the local tour buses and the tram."

"A wonderful, old world boutique hotel. Room, bath, bed, accessories, comfort were excellent. Spacious, clean and beautiful views and grounds. It was a walk up, and at my age, this was an issue, but managed. I prepaid for breakfast which I don't recommend because the amount of food ( which was delicious & excellent) but too much. The board would have been plenty, but ordering breakfast after that resulted in not eating everything that was served. Staff was courteous and polite, though not as knowledgeable about non hotel information, such as ride services, public transportation protocol, hours of operation, etc I highly recommend this hotel if you want a local experience."

"I arrived very late. The staff were so friendly, and upgraded me from a single to a double room, I think because the single had gone to someone else. The bed was super comfy, I've never slept in a hotel room with such a comfy mattress before. The room was a bit run down, but clean enough. The breakfast was very basic, but good enough, and again the staff were very kind and helpful offering cups of tea or coffee. Very impressed for a two star hotel at the price I paid"
