The hotel room was large and had a double bed and single bed in it. The owner was really helpful and the room was very cosy and clean. Great price and free parking included. Would definitely stay again

Great location to get into the centre of Edinburgh via a tram or bus, or to get to the cafes and pubs in The Shore area. The staff were friendly and informative. The parking was good and seemed to be ample places. The provision of complimentary drinks and snacks was a bonus. Will stay here again when we next visit Edinburgh.

Was 3 friends staying here.Was ideal in 3 single beds.The staff weren't in a rush to get us to check out. Nice big kitchen to use and is well stocked with cold breakfast like fruit and cereals. If you wanted a cooked breakfast you can take your own food. Lots of places to eat and drink in the area. Easy place to get to on the Tram. Would certainly stay here again. Staff very welcoming

Nice kitchen equipped for food prep and enjoyed the fruit, pastries and tea/coffee facilities. The bairn loved the iron bru and the water in the room fridge was great and very thoughtful. The room was exactly as it looked in the pictures. Very clean, and great conditions. Also, we had breakfast included and it was fantastic! The staff was also very, very kind. The only bad thing, was that when we got there, the room smelled a bit like cigarettes, but after some hours of the window open, it was fine. But definitely I would a 100% recommend this place!
