It's actually between the towns of Port Seton and Tranent. It was the burial place of The Seton family (of which this tomb is one), who were associated with the Knights Templar and who still live in the House next door.

Friendly staff. Room was ready early so they let us check in. Suite was nice and looked like the photos. Cons: You can hear everything. People above were very loud walking around for ages early morning and late in evening. Really weird smell in reception room and downstairs.
