"The rooms were small but adequate. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the choice at breakfast was good. There was a small amount of parking space at the front of the hotel. It stands at walking distance from the railway station but noise is NOT intrusive. There were a lot of stairs to the top floor of the hotel. There was a poor flow of water in the shower and the water took a long time to get hot, perhaps because of being on the top floor. In general terms, it offered good value for money. Thank you. "

"The room was extremely small. The bathroom you could barely move. The shower door did not close and could not get hot water. We were expected a lot more for our money."

Room had the normal tea and coffee facilities, but also had a jar of biccies and a small fridge for fresh milk, not the tiny UHT cartons. Helpful, friendly staff. Great location by the beach. Small on site car park, but also on street parking available if its full."
