On arrival it's lovely and reception girl was welcoming and helpful. I was called up prior to arrival to check the twin room was for 2 not 1, I apologised as this was obviously my fault for not seeing it was single occupancy not double. I manage an historic hotel so assumed when they had to charge for extra guest it was for breakfast. No I was charged £50 for a sofa bed and breakfast. The room was clean and nice warm, staff had left
