"Very good location. 5 mins walk to Dotonbori. Not difficult to reach from KIX. Staff very friendly and keeps room very clean. Free coffee in the lobby is a welcome treat anytime during the day or when returning to hotel before 10 pm. Easily accessible via Metro Osaka. Room a bit small for 2 guests. Breakfast is simple but good enough for start of day. Would appreciate more variety on breakfast especially for a stay of more than 3 days."

"Couldn't check in early unless everyone in room signed up for their rewards program on their phones, this took as long as waiting for check in so after 20 minutes we bailed and came back later. Once checked in we were given the room right at elevator and laundry vending room with no door very loud. We moved to a room down the hall and the refrigerator did not work and they tried to tell us it was working because the switch was on but it was hot inside. They brought a refrigerator from other room. We were given a washcloth at the front desk for each person in room, so bizzare. We hung the do not disturb sign on door and just enjoyed our vacay away from the hotel."
